For your convenience, you may submit this on-line registration form by filling out the information below. Use this form only if you are registering to take advantage of the special Full Registration offer that entitles you to enter one team in each of the events and to participate in any special events at the special rate of $450 which represents a savings of  $175 over the cost of registering for all of the individual events.  
You may register for individual events if that is a more appropriate alternative for your interests.
 As a special bonus, we are offering a special price of $325 that entitles the entrant to an additional team in each event.

Entrance Fees

The cost for the full registration is $450. Your full registration includes the entry fee for participation in each of the events (Healthy Team, Billiards, Wiffleball, Bowling, Darts, Horseshoes, Miniature Golf, Orienteering and the first runner in the 5K Run or multiple entratnts in the Y2K Walk). It also includes the cost of special events such as the Healthy Meals and receptions. Only your highest scoring team will score points in an event when you enter more than one. Rosters for individual events may be submitted by using the on-line forms for each of those events. For an additional $325, you are entitled to a second entry in every event in the Corporate Cup.
